You are to adhere to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization to support and promote current practice in alignment with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Essential Functions:
Supervise and direct nurse and CNA staff activities in conjunction with DON Provide and establish clear communication and accountability with all staff Monitor overall clinical status of residents including, but not limited to; weights, Intakes, hydration status, elimination status, showers Assure nurse and CNA tasks and completion of documentation Hire CNA staff and provide staff education Complete roster matrix, census and condition reports weekly Follow up and investigate incident reports and medication errors Take on-call rotation with other nursing leaders Attend care conferences and nutrition and hydration meetings frequently Participate in monthly staff meetings Provide encouragement and discipline to CNA staff Assist in identifying performance improvement activities Work as a team to assure staffing throughout the campus with DON and scheduler Must work closely with all team members to provide high quality care Be prepared to work the floor if needed Use the appropriate lift per residents' care plans Perform additional duties as assigned OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
