Xavier Artisan is located inside the River Prairie Wellness Center.
Work Environment:
Xavier Artisan was designed as a quick serve restaurant (QRS), but with the feel of a fine dining restaurant.
You will have to come take a look to see how we are setting a new industry standard.
Throughout each step of designing the expanded menu, the team has been mindful of including only wholesome ingredients in their most unrefined and nutritious form.
They embarked on a mission to exclude the health adverse products on most retail shelves containing ingredients such as enhanced white flour, growth hormones, antibiotics, trans fat, GMO soybean, high fructose corn syrup, and many other common additives.
We prepare all of the items from scratch and try to make them as fresh as humanly possible.
In addition, we use organic products as much as we can.
This is first and foremost in our organic, private label, coffee line which is second to none.

Summary:
The barista is an important member of the Xavier Artisan team.
They work closely with other baristas and bistro staff to make coffee drinks and prepare food.
The barista's job is to engage with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner.
They must also be able to make transactions by cash or credit and make drinks in the order they were purchased.
You will be using the newest equipment straight from Europe.

Responsibilities:
Greets and welcomes guests in an upbeat and friendly manner Gives excellent and friendly customer service Accurate cash handling and operations of POS system Stocking out pastries, cookies, etc.
