6K a year Northwoods Therapy Associates is looking for a detail-oriented team member for our front desk in our Altoona office.
With growth in population, needs of patients and a changing healthcare environment, we are thrilled to offer this opportunity.
This position combines phone, fax and computer work with patient centered service in a busy out-patient physical therapy office.
This position is more than just desk work, you will be greeting patients, assisting in the check in process and interacting with other team members with consistent and timely communication.
It includes walking to and from office spaces, very frequent sit to stand and enjoying a workday that moves quickly.
You will be assisting other front desk team members as well as our team of therapists.
We are searching for a friendly and engaging personality, the right set of computer and costumer service skills and a desire to learn new programs, patient centered care with a balance of camaraderie and hard work.
We will train on all programs.
