Word, Excel) Detail oriented, organized, consistent, dependable, and honest Optimistic and upbeat Customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Main contact for employees for HR related questions Involved in the recruitment process of job postings, interviews and job offer letters Employee onboarding and training Administering employee benefits Manage HRIS program (Paylocity) Implement and administer employee policies Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues Support the employee experience by implementing programs to improve employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with Labor Law regulations Attends training to stay current with HR law Revise employee handbook as needed Payroll Exemption Status:
