.Net Developer

The .Net Developer's role is to build the operations end of the organization's websites and keep them running smoothly. This includes designing, building, and implementing new web applications and sites; integrating sites with back end databases and performing day-to-day administration of the organization's web portfolio. Use of a variety of web development languages is required.
+ Development of web projects, including intranet, company websites, and related external web applications.
+ Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document web applications using the appropriate editors.
+ Work with database administrator to design, develop, and update databases as they relate to web applications.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing web applications and sites.
+ Conduct research into current and emerging web technologies and issues in support of web development efforts.
+ Follow policies and procedures for publishing web pages and applications in conjunction with content creators.
+ Ensure security of all websites and related applications.
+ Comply with all company policies and procedures.
+ Associate?s degree in management information systems, computer science (or a related area) or equivalent experience.
+ Two to three years related experience.
+ Experience with ASP.Net MVC, WCF or ASP.NET Web API.
+ Experience with Responsive Web Design and Responsive Frameworks.
+ Experience with CSS, LESS, SASS.
+ Experience with Javascript and Javascript libraries.
+ Experience with XML, JSON, SOAP and REST.
+ Experience with structuring, developing, and implementing interactive corporate websites and web (API) services.
+ Knowledge and skills in database querying and development using SQL Server.
+ Familiarity with IIS, SSL, Encryption and best practices for security.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
